Roastery Village Coffee Samui – A cafe that made us fall in love with coffee…again 🖤 ⸻ I just went there by accident, but it turned out to be an incredibly impressive coffee experience. This shop is located in a fishing village on Koh Samui. The atmosphere is simple but very charming. When you walk past, you can smell the aroma of coffee from the front of the shop. ☕️ When I entered the shop, the first thing I felt was the seriousness about coffee. Everyone in the shop knows everything, not just how to make it look good, but how to make it “right” for us. It’s like every cup of coffee has a story. 🖤 ⸻ ✨ The menu we tried • Drip Coffee (Ethiopian beans) – Strong fruity aroma, mellow sourness, not harsh on the throat at all. Drinking it makes you feel refreshed and peaceful. • Dirty – Espresso with cold milk, soft cream, fragrant, strong but not too bitter. Unknowingly became a new favorite menu • We tried the Banana Cake, not a big piece but very soft, fragrant with freshly baked smell, eating it with coffee is so awesome 🍌 ⸻ 🪵 Atmosphere The shop is decorated in a cool loft style with wood and exposed concrete, quiet, listening to indie music💰 We paid around 250 baht, got 1 cup of drip coffee + 1 cup of Dirty and a piece of banana cake, it's worth it because the quality, taste and experience are really beyond your average cafe ✨ ⸻ 🌟 Summary of feelings Roastery Village Coffee Samui is not a shop to come just to take pictures or eat according to the trend, but it's a cafe for people who "love" coffee and want to experience coffee deeply, without unnecessary decoration...
