The TL The Layers Cafe is one of the newest and best cafe i have tried in Kota Bharu. The cafe has a lot of choices from cakes, pastries, breads, desserts and savoury dishes to choose from. More over there even cookies and biscuits are sold here too. As for me the interior is looks cute and cosy to dine in, sit and eat. I’m so happy with the staff , they are very nice, super friendly and attentive.
