1 week in Kota Kinabalu Land Below The Wind

#kotakinabaluguide Day 1 ~ Lunch at Borenos (try out Sabah fried chicken) and in the evening head to Tg Aru Beach for spectacular sunset. You can see a lot of people getting ready with phone to capture the beautiful sunset. Some took the kayak to watch sunset in the middle of the sea. Day 2 - Take a trip to Poring Hot Spring for a warm bath. Along the way if it is blooming season for rafflesia giant flower you can visit. Then head to Kundasang Desa farm to try their yogurt or ice-cream and feed the dairy cows. Stay a night in Kundasang Day 3 - take a walk at Kinabalu Park and enjoy the view of Mount Kinabalu. Head to Tegudon Tourism Village for camping, hiking and watching star gazing at night Day 4 - glamping at Tullynaw glamping with majestic view of Mount Kinabalu. Day 5 - try 'sinalau bakas' smoked wild boar before heading back to Kota Kinabalu. Can spend some time at the Heritage Village which is situated next to the Sabah Museum where you can see different types of houses of the different tribes in Sabah. Day 6 - Take a walk at rainforest Park in the morning. Afternoon can visit Kokol Hill Elf where you can take lots of pictures and don't forget to stay there till sunset. It's amazing. Day 7 - visit Gaya Street and Handicraft Market
