#sea #summervacation Ao Nang is the most popular beach in Krabi Province. If you decide to relax in Krabi, then first of all you will definitely find yourself on Ao Nang beach, at least in order to sail away from it to another island by boat or boat. The resort life is always in full swing here, and it is noisy like in Los Angeles on Venice Beach. And hundreds of boats with tourists depart from Ao Nang every day for various sea excursions. Ao Nang Beach We ourselves have already rested twice on Ao Nang beach in Krabi, choosing this resort in Thailand for a reason. Despite its obvious shortcomings, primarily associated with a large flow of tourists, it also has its many advantages... To begin with, Ao Nang Beach is by far the most famous beach resort in Krabi province with picturesque scenery and reasonable prices to hotels. It is located in the southwest of Thailand, 790 kilometers from its capital Bangkok, and you can get to it either by bus in 10-12 hours, or by plane to the international airport, which is located in Krabi Town. Its main difference from other beaches in the province of Krabi is its good location and good transport accessibility, as well as beautiful views of the sea with rocks sticking out of the water .... The name Ao Nang in Thai means “Princess Bay” (the word “ao ” in Thai names always means “sandy bay by the sea”). The whole place is called Ao Phra Nang. You will meet this princess everywhere in Krabi, because she is mentioned in the names of hotels, other bays, for example, Pranang and in the temple of fertility. There is also something to brag about Ao Nang, because the southwestern coast of Thailand and the Andaman Sea is a place of extraordinary beauty. The famous limestone (karst) mountains stand right in the water not far from the coast and amaze the imagination. For the sake of such landscapes alone, you can come here, imagining that you are participating in the movie “Avatar”, only at sea. A successful combination of natural beauty, good transport accessibility and the proximity of the airport attract a large flow of tourists to Ao Nang Beach, which is increasing every year.

Ao Nang Beach is a tourist hotspot of Krabi Province. It is part of Noppharat Thara Beach-Mu Koh Phi Phi National Park and is one of Krabi beaches that are great for sunbathing and swimming. Prominent for its nearly two-kilometer-long beach and scenic views over the sea, with a beautiful limestone mountain on the far left of the coast, separating Ao Bang Beach and Railay Beach, and a river mouth on the far right, separating Ao Bang Beach and Noppharat Thara Beach, this place is a good combination of contrasting beauty. You can also take a Boat from Ao Bang Beach to other attractions such as Mu Koh Phi Phi, the Separated Sea, Koh Tub, Koh Moh, Koh Kai, Koh Poda, Phranang Cave Beach, Mu Koh Hong, Talay Nai, Koh Pak Bia, Koh Lao Lading, and Railay Beach, or go diving. Speaking of accommodations and facilities, there are many hotels, resorts, tour guide companies, restaurants, and shops available in Ao Nang. #beachlife

Yes, it can get crowded at times. And no, this is not the cleanest beach in Thailand. But when you're just looking for a lazy day, Ao Nang Beach is still my beach of choice. It's easy to access, there are plenty of restaurants and bars around, and the beach is big enough for you to be able to find a secluded spot. There are many shops alongside the street to the beach where its a heaven, plenty for shopping for souvenirs, food, drinks, music, massage and tailors stretching maybe a good 2Km or so. A definitely not to miss place. Very vibrant at night with the pubs and clubs and many street food stalls too. You can take a boat ride to the nearby islands or beaches too or just chill with a drink watching people and their activities. The beach and the water does not look inviting for swimming and didn't see anyone swimming too. Many types of public, private abd self hire transportations are available besides walking. A great retreat for anyone #sunset #summervacation#beachvacation#hikingtrails#hotelstay#urbanexplorer
