Shangri-La is around a MYR 75 Grab ride from the international airport. The dedicated GRO greets you as you arrive and are escorted to reception. Even though the grand lobby with plenty of seating isn't modern, it has retained its charm and elegance for close to 40 years. Check-in was quick, friendly, and professional.
