Overall experience staying in the hotel is good, room is spacious with comfy king size bed! Good service for sure as a renowned hotel and it was nice of them for offering a complimentary cake for our birthday celebration trip. Location wise, it is perfect as it links to the KL main transportation hub - KL Sentral Station. All the main tourist destinations are just 1-3 stations away like KLCC, Bukit Bintang and Chinatown.
