🚂 Kurobe Gorge, the most romantic railway in Japan

🚂 Kurobe Gorge railway is another place that we highly recommend to go and recharge your batteries and see the changing leaves in Japan in late October. 🍁🍂 It's an open-air train ride along the clear blue Kurobe River, where you can see the fresh changing leaves and the stunning view. This is another place where you can use the word "beautiful" extra. 🚂 How to get there - Take the train to Unazukionzen station, which is next to Kurobe Gorge railway station. - Walk about 50m to Kurobe Gorge railway station and buy a ticket. You can choose to sit in an open-air car (ticket price ¥1,980/way) or a car with glass (which costs an additional ¥530/way). - When you buy your ticket, they will give you a pamphlet introducing tourist attractions at each station. Keep it safe. I recommend checking in to all of them because the nature in every spot is really beautiful. - This route has 4 stations in total: Unazuki >> Kuronaki >> Kanetsuri >> Keyakidaira - We took the train from Unazuki and got off to walk around at Keyakidaira Station first. We spent 1 hour and 20 minutes on the train enjoying the view. The view on the train was soooooo beautiful and the air was cool all the way. - After getting off the train at Keyakidaira Station, we went to eat ramen at the station and walked around the places recommended in the pamphlet. The places we really liked were the observation deck on the station’s rooftop, the Keyakidaira Station sign observation deck by the river, the footbath onsen with a view of the river, and the walkway around the mountain. - After walking around Keyakidaira, we took the train back to the second-to-last station, Kanetsuri. There are also many beautiful nature spots to walk around here. Our favorite is “Kanetsuri Kawara” or outdoor foot baths by the river in the cool air that made our trip so fulfilling. - After walking around both stations, we took the train back to Unazuki Station and went back to walk around there. There is also a viewpoint of the river on the 2nd floor of the station. - After the trip, we took the train from Unazuki Station back to stay in Toyama. ♥️ Another impressive thing about this trip is that all the station masters will wave goodbye to us when the train leaves the station and disappears from sight. It is so cute and makes us want to come back here again. ♥️ Unazuki Station also has a foot bath on the side of the station. If you are tired from walking around, before taking the train back, stop by and soak your feet in the foot bath for half an hour to relax. It is a very complete way to end the trip. 🏢 Accommodation: APA Toyama Ekimae, ¥12,000 7 minutes walk from Toyama Station For those who have been there or are planning to go, please comment to talk or ask for more information.☺️ #tripแจกโรงแรมฟรี #เที่ยวญี่ปุ่นเดียวโดยเดียว #traveljapan #japan #japan #traveljapan
