Shiga Coffee Festival is a large-scale coffee event held twice a year, in spring and autumn, at Kusatsu River Site Park de Ai Hiroba in Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture. Many specialty coffee shops from all over the country gather to enjoy a style where you can compare different cups of coffee.
