Kyoto's Must-Visit Attractions (Part 1): Kinkaku-ji Temple

First stop: "Kinkaku-ji Temple" This is the famous temple featured in Yukio Mishima's novel "The Temple of the Golden Pavilion" ✨ The Golden Pavilion is truly stunning. We arrived a bit early 🌞 The sun hadn't fully illuminated the pavilion yet, so we waited for a while in the shade. In the end, we couldn't see the "Golden Pavilion under direct sunlight." 🔥 Following the signs, we continued walking. To our surprise, when we reached the other side of the pavilion, we finally saw the "Golden Pavilion under direct sunlight" ☀️✨ Summer might not be the best season to visit the Golden Pavilion 🍃 In autumn or spring, when the sun is lower, it might illuminate a larger area of the pavilion, making it even more breathtaking. Before leaving, we enjoyed some ice cream outside the temple 🍦 😋 Highly recommended! We also bought a "netsuke" souvenir exclusive to Kinkaku-ji Temple 🎎
