Kyoto's Kiyomizu-dera Temple

One of Kyoto's must-visit iconic landmarks—Kiyomizu-dera Temple! Whether it's your first time or you've been here multiple times, walking up that slope always stirs the heart 💓 🌄 The most famous feature is the "Kiyomizu Stage," a wooden platform suspended on the mountainside, built entirely without nails—truly spectacular! Standing on the stage, you can enjoy panoramic views of Kyoto city. Cherry blossoms in spring, autumn leaves in fall—each season offers a unique scenery 🍁🌸 💧 The temple's name comes from the "Otowa Waterfall" flowing from the mountain. You can drink from its three streams to pray for academic success, love, or health. Just remember not to drink from all three streams 😉 🎎 The paths leading to the temple, Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka, are full of charm. Strolling along while browsing small shops and enjoying sweets is incredibly relaxing! 📸 Whether during the day or under nighttime illumination, the photos always turn out stunning. It's a place I revisit every time I'm in Kyoto ✨
