Clean! Really clean! New! Really new! The room had no smell of renovation, and all the equipment was almost unused. 2⃣Artificial beach. The sand is very white and fine, and was specially transported from Pensacola Beach. The entire water area is 8 acres, with a water storage capacity of 17 million gallons. 3⃣ Guests staying at Conrad Hotel can rent kayaks and paddleboards for free for one hour, and the other side of the water park has slides, diving platforms, and rope swings (swinging on a rope and jumping into the water).
