Northern Thailand Lampang impromptu trip Chiang Mai nearby travel destinations

Lampang is a city in northern Thailand that I visited without a plan. There was a place I originally wanted to travel to, but I didn't have a bus ticket, so I chose to visit it spontaneously. To be honest, it's not a famous tourist destination and I didn't feel like there was much to do, but the locals I met here were all very kind, and the city itself felt like it flowed along quietly without being noisy. Thanks to that, I spent more time alone than focusing on sightseeing in Lampang. I've only visited big cities or famous tourist destinations, but when I went to Lampang, I saw some really cool scenery, which was surprisingly interesting.
