Longji Rice Terraces, Guilin, Guangxi | Golden Glory

Longji Rice Terraces is a globally important agricultural heritage site located in Longsheng County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is situated in Longji Town, Longsheng County, Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The name "Longji" comes from the mountain range resembling the back of a dragon. Longji Rice Terraces is a large-scale terraced field group, divided into Jinkeng Dazhai Hongyao Terraced Field Scenic Area, Ping'an Zhuang Terraced Field Scenic Area, and Longji Guzhuang Terraced Field Scenic Area. Longji Rice Terraces has been awarded the titles of globally important agricultural heritage site, national wetland park, national agricultural tourism demonstration site, national 4A-level tourist attraction, and autonomous region-level scenic spot.
