Wat Phra Maha Chin That Chao, commonly known as "Wat Phra That Doi Tung", is the chedi for people born in the year of the pig. The surrounding area is filled with various sizes of pig statues, arranged neatly and orderly. The temple grounds are clean, the wind is cool and comfortable, and it is quiet without any noise inviting people to make merit. There is also a viewpoint, but we did not go there. This is an important tourist attraction in Chiang Rai. The journey up the mountain through steep curves to the top of the mountain this time was mainly to wrap the chedi in cloth and hang a Tung to make merit. Before coming up here, you have to go through an ID card check because it is near the border.
