#summervacay The Cow Hollow completely nails the cool-but-cozy vibe. Tucked into a converted mill, this boutique hotel oozes personality. My room had original beams, super-soft linens, and a freestanding tub—plus free prosecco in the lounge. There was Netflix in the room and a complimentary late-night snack box, which felt like a treat. Right in the Northern Quarter, I could walk to coffee shops, galleries, and bars in minutes. Sophisticated and homey—my kind of stay. #summervacay favorite.
