Mangwon-dong Siphon Coffee Specialty Cafe, Stair

It felt like a warm and familiar space, as if it had been here for a long time 🍂. I tried siphon coffee for the first time, and its deep and subtle aroma left a strong impression. I sipped it so slowly that it eventually cooled down, but even when cold, the flavor was so well-balanced that it was still delicious 😊. Next time, I’d like to spend more time here and compare the coffee roasted in-house at Stair with beans from external roasteries. It’s the perfect place to bring a good book, read leisurely, and enjoy the moment 📖✨. Exploring the various coffee tools displayed throughout the cafe was also quite fun!
