I would like to introduce Katsuhon, a Japanese restaurant that a friend who lives in Melbourne recommended as a delicious restaurant in Melbourne City. Katsuhon is located in Melbourne City Center, so it is a great place to visit during your trip. It is such a popular restaurant that I had to wait 20 minutes when I went during lunch time. I ordered the Tonkatsu set. It comes with well-fried, delicious Tonkatsu and various sauces. It also comes with fluffy rice, so I am really happy to eat one bite of rice with one bite of Tonkatsu. There are various sauces such as wasabi, mustard, and Tonkatsu sauce, so when I eat it with various sauces, it tastes different! The Tonkatsu was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside!
