#July Travel Support Fund Melbourne felt like the entire city was a work of art. The first stop was Flinders Street Station, and the contrast between the classic buildings and the modern Federation Square right in front was impressive. Hosier Lane greeted me as I entered the alley. The street art that filled the walls changed from time to time, making it feel like a living gallery. To feel why Melbourne is called the city of coffee, I stopped by a small alley cafe and tried a flat white, and the aroma and taste were truly special. The State Library of Victoria was overwhelming with its grand and classic dome-shaped reading room, and the Melbourne Museum allowed me to see the city’s history and culture at a glance. In the afternoon, I took a walk along the Yarra River and enjoyed the leisurely nature that can be felt in the city. The end of the day was the sunset at St. Kilda Beach. The red sky and sea romantically decorated the end of my city tour.
