I found a great restaurant while walking around Motomachi to enjoy the nightlife in Kobe, so I'd like to introduce it to you♪ I was attracted by the word "taco rice" on the sign outside the store, and went in to "Shimanomi", a dining bar that mainly serves Okinawan cuisine. It's about a two-minute walk from JR and Hanshin Motomachi Station. As you go up the stairs to the second floor, you'll see the bar counter right in front of you, and a female staff member will greet you from behind the counter. The small store, which seats about three tables, is somehow relaxing. Looking out the window, you'll see the JR Motomachi Station platform right in front of you. I ordered a lime cinnamon highball for 700 yen to toast my drink. It even came with a whole cinnamon stick.
