Menu we tried 📍Biodynamic Crispy Pork - A crispy pork menu that uses pork free from toxic substances. The chef bakes it to squeeze out the oil until the skin is crispy, but the inside is soft and not dry. It goes very well with tartare sauce or seafood sauce. 📍Jittang Vegetable Salad - Fresh organic vegetable salad from the restaurant's organic vegetable plot in the garden, sprinkled with almonds, cashew nuts, cranberries, fresh crispy vegetables eaten with the restaurant's clear salad dressing. The taste goes very well together. 📍Fettuccine with Khao Soi Noodles - The restaurant uses Khao Soi noodles mixed with spaghetti noodles, stir-fried to a delicious taste.
