Cafe Natsu Singapore

Above average cafe that I would actually revisit. Not too crowded on a Sun lunch, we walked in and there were a number of seats around. Interior was also pretty posh, and service was good (staff came over and refilled our water a number of times) although it would be better if the staff could hold back on clearing our empty plates so often, it felt like they chasing us out. Tried the wagyu sando ($26), gnocchi ($22), and soy latte ($7), all were good. Wagyu was a little tough in the middle but seasoned well, although we wished the toast can be a little warmer (it came cold). The togarashi fries that came with the sando was DIVINE. It paired very well with the yuzu mayo dip, and stayed crispy even when it’s cold. Also my first time trying gnocchi and it was really good, chewy and paired super well with the pumpkin puree. Also pleasantly surprised that their latte had a nutty smell, and the coffee was not overpowered by the milk, which is something I felt in most cafes. #singaporeguide#food
