I found out about this place by chance and made a reservation, but there are many regulars who make reservations every year, so I recommend making a reservation early! It opens at 5am, but the first sunrise of the year comes after 7am (lol) I slowly enjoyed my first meal of the year while waiting for the first sunrise! The soup in the photo had mochi in it as a substitute for ozoni! Initially, I was seated near a window, but the reservation for a window seat didn't come, and since I was the most crowded customer this year (2022), I was able to move to a window seat before the first sunrise! The thoughtfulness of the restaurant staff was appreciated! I liked it so much that I went back for lunch afterwards, and the view during the day was also great!
