Wat Phraya Phu

Wat Phraya Phu is considered one of the beautiful temples in Nan. It was established in 1956. It is an ancient temple that is important to Nan Province. The highlight is the largest principal Buddha image in Nan Province. In addition to the large pagoda built behind the chapel, inside the chapel are two walking Buddha images (Sukhothai art) built during the reign of Phraya Saraphasum, the ruler of Nan Province in 1969. There is also a pagoda made of brick and mortar. It is an ancient pagoda with a base width of 14 meters and a height of 25 meters.
