Hehuanshan Wuling

Wuling, known as the crown of Taiwan's highways, stands proudly at an altitude of 3,275 meters. Standing next to the landmark stone, overlooking the sapphire sky, the layered mountain ridges, and the rolling sea of clouds in the distance, your heartbeat seems to stretch, and time feels as if it has been pulled apart. For cyclists, this place is even more of a soul-forging ground—the finish line of the King of the Mountain Challenge. Iron-willed riders conquer the final winding slopes of the mountain to toast with the sky. Wuling is not the cover of a scenic spot but a silent classroom where one learns to simultaneously look up and breathe in the grandeur of the mountains.
