In the large public bath, there are various types of hot springs, such as a milk bath and a medicinal herb bath, and you can also enjoy a sauna. The facilities were very satisfying. I visited in October, but there seemed to be a major outbreak of stink bugs, so I gave up on using the open-air bath in my room... The private bath, the semi-open-air bath, and the open-air bath in the large public bath were also a bit... so if you are using the bath attached to your room, you may want to be careful.
