Swayambhunath Stupa, Kathmandu, Nepal This place is the oldest place in Nepal, 2,000 years old. This place has architecture, a combination of Hinduism and Buddhism, and is registered as a world heritage. It is shaped like a large white inverted bowl, which is a symbol of Mahayana Buddhism or Tibetan Vajrayana. The top before reaching the top of the stupa is built as a square. There are paintings of eyes on all 4 sides, which means the eyes of Dharma of the Buddha. And another meaning is the eyes of wisdom in all 4 directions, meaning that the Buddha looks after suffering, happiness and records the good and bad deeds of humans in all 4 directions. Unalome means one or Eka means Buddhism is united as one. Around it, there are prayer flags with inscribed prayers fluttering all the time. There are many monkeys inside the temple. Until it is also called the Monkey Temple, located on a hilltop 3 kilometers west of Kathmandu.
