A great restaurant near New York University, Kenka! Kenka, a place with attractive okonomiyaki and ramen! Since it's near New York University, I think many NYU students go there to drink cheap beer. They sell beer and food at very cheap prices that are impossible in New York. A glass of beer costs $1.50, and many of the dishes cost less than $8-9! The taste wasn't bad either. Manhattan night view from under the Brooklyn Bridge! If you were to pick your favorite place in New York, many people would naturally pick Brooklyn Bridge. I was one of those people. When you search on Google Maps, you'll always see many people looking at the night view from Brooklyn Park, but in fact, this is the place where you can see the night view of Manhattan properly. If you get off at Clark Street and go all the way back, you can see the night view of Manhattan as a whole, as in the photo above. New York's night view spot, Gantry Park! Personally, if you ask me where the night view is the prettiest in New York, I would definitely say Gantry Park. Especially during the Christmas season, if you go to Gantry Park, you can often find houses decorated for Christmas like the photo above. A Christmas culture that Korea should definitely learn..! If you pass by such beautiful roads, you can find the breathtaking night view of Gantry Park. The best angle to see the Empire State Building, but a hidden place that is not as well known to tourists as you might think! A special street every time, Soho Street in New York Soho Street, known as the street of fashion and restaurants in the center of Manhattan! I vividly remember coming to Soho Street every time I was off, going to Washington Park, and having a cup of Stumptown Coffee. (+For reference, Stumptown is one of the top 3 coffee chains in the US and was my favorite coffee shop. The cafe latte is amazing. I recommend you try it!) For some reason, Soho Street seems to go really well with winter. The pastel-colored houses are crowded together and the buildings are cute, making Soho Street even prettier. A Best Place I want to visit again when COVID ends soon! Soho Street in NYC The Soho Street is very popular regarding 'fashion' and 'good restaurants'. When I was off, I mostly visited Soho Street and Washington Park. Ah, Stumptown as well. ('Stumptown' is a famous chain coffee shop in NYC. Especially, the cafe latte was so good. I recommend you to try it next time!) I think 'Soho street' goes well with Winter! The houses with pastel color are really adorable, it makes Soho more attractive. Uncle Jack’s Steakhouse Westside

A restaurant perfect for Christmas atmosphere, Uncle Jack's Steakhouse! A restaurant I visited a few days before Christmas, Uncle Jack's! It's a restaurant near 34th Street Penn Station. I found this place while looking for a pub to have a beer after watching the Elsa movie on a cold day. The price is around 4 dollars (a bit pricey), and it seems like it would be a good idea to make a reservation if you go on Christmas day. I ordered mac and cheese and the signature hamburger menu. The mac and cheese was rich and the hamburger was juicy and unforgettable. The staff who guided me were so kind and the Christmas atmosphere was so well-decorated that I wanted to leave a good review! It's a place I recommend visiting if you're in New York :) Memorable restaurant on Christmas season, Uncle Jack's Steakhouse in NYC! I visited to Uncle Jack's before the Christmas is coming. It's located near by Penn Station, I found this place for drinking beer after watching 'Frozen 2'! The price was quite expensive and if you want to visit this place on Christmas day, you should book earlier before Christmas. I ordered Mac & Cheese and beef Hamburger, the taste were all good :) Also, the staff were all kind and friendly. When you think of New York in the winter, the place that comes to mind is Rockefeller Center with its big tree! Home Alone Kevin went to Rockefeller Center on Christmas Day. So many people came to take pictures with the big tree! Hidden healing place in New York, Montauk Beach! If you've seen Eternal Sunshine, you'll all know this place. I went to Montauk Beach :) I went to Montauk Beach because I needed a moment of healing during a very difficult time during my New York internship! I looked around the places that appeared in Eternal Sunshine, and went to 'The Point bar & grill', a restaurant near the ocean, and had rose seafood pasta and Montauk beer, and my stress was completely relieved!
