As you wander through the narrow alleys, you'll encounter centuries-old buildings, murals, antique shops, and flower markets, each offering its own charm. The Niçoise salad and rosé wine I had for lunch captured the essence of a Mediterranean summer. The view of Nice from the hilltop at Colline du Château was even more stunning than any photograph, and the fountain show at Place Masséna during sunset was the perfect finale to the day. Nice is a city that stirs the soul and is an ideal destination for those looking to pause their daily lives for a while.
