Pan Khot Saen Krai Viewpoint is located on the Nong Khai - Mueang Loei Road, Ban Phu Khao Thong, Tambon Ban Muang, Amphoe Sangkhom, Nong Khai Province. “Phan Khot Saen Krai” or the Grand Canyon in the middle of the Mekong River in Sangkhom District, Nong Khai Province.
