[Osaka Prefecture] A Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant with delicious food you'll want to visit again and again!

I visited once a few months ago, but I couldn't forget the refreshing ramen with the scent of Japanese pepper, so I went back again! Founded by a bonito flakes shop, this restaurant serves ramen packed with Japanese flavors. The soup, made with seven kinds of dried bonito, kelp, grilled conger eel, and other seafood, combined with chicken stock, was so tasty I drank it all up. The noodles are made in-house, and you can choose between chewy round noodles or flat noodles that mix well with the soup. I was able to order a large serving for free. I had the limited-edition "black Chinese noodles." The black soup looks strong, but it was refreshing and so tasty that I found myself drinking the soup all over again! It was delicious, as expected!!
