During my trip to Osaka, I discovered Musi Vege Cafe on the 1st floor of the main building of Namba City. The dishes feature a variety of fresh vegetables, and the signature menu, 'Vege Plate,' combines steamed vegetables and a main dish, satisfying both taste and health. The cooking method that brings out the natural flavor of the vegetables and the soy sauce-based dipping sauce were particularly impressive. 🍆🥕 Piyo's Pick was the Chili Mayo Shrimp and Soy Sauce Chicken Plate. The tender soy sauce chicken and savory shrimp dish whetted my appetite. The colorful steamed vegetables such as beets and pumpkins added visual enjoyment. 🧡 Additionally, brown rice and soy milk soup were served together, making for a hearty finish.
