[Osaka] Notable museums reopening on April 1st

This is a museum that just reopened on April 1st this year. I like things with context and meaning, whether it's architecture, art, or sweets. The Fujita Museum was a place that was filled with all of my favorite things. The door to the exhibition room is a reused door from the old museum, which used the Fujita family's storehouse, which was over 100 years old. In addition, beams, flooring, and fittings were used as much as possible to retain the original appearance, but since a museum is a device for displaying art, architecture should not be obtrusive. It is also architecture that follows the purpose of erasing its presence. And although the construction company was a competition, Taisei Corporation, a company that has been with us for a long time, made a presentation full of enthusiasm and feelings in a proposal that was like a book. While valuing the context, when you go to something that is filled with someone's feelings, you are overwhelmed by the attention to detail, and I thought it was extremely comfortable. 📍#Fujita Museum of Art #Art Museum #Museum
