A Serene Escape at HeHa Sky View, Yogyakarta

Despite the overcast sky, my visit to HeHa Sky View in Yogyakarta was peaceful and refreshing. Located high in the hills of Gunungkidul, the view from the deck was wide and spectacular — endless green fields, scattered rooftops, and distant mountains stretched across the horizon. There was something calming about just leaning on the railing, breathing in the cool air, and soaking in the scenery. As evening approached, warm lights began to glow around the cafes and seating areas, turning the entire venue into a romantic and welcoming space. The architecture of the main building stood out — modern yet blending well with the natural surroundings. Even without a dramatic sunset, HeHa Sky View offered a tranquil moment to pause and appreciate the beauty of Yogyakarta from above.
