Wat Lokayasutha: A beautiful ancient temple in the middle of the ancient city of Ayutthaya.

Wat Lokayasutha is an ancient temple in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, located in the northwest of the city island. The highlight of this temple is the large reclining Buddha statue, which is 42 meters long and 8 meters high. The Buddha statue is enshrined outdoors and is beautifully proportioned. It is believed that it was built in the late Ayutthaya period to serve as a center for religious ceremonies.
