Pullman Panwa Phuket

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and impeccable service. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our villa was spacious, beautifully decorated and had a stunning private pool. The two large pools by the beach were inviting to relax in and the bar next to the pool provided all the amenities and expertly prepared drinks. The beach was beautiful and never felt crowded. The Christmas and New Year buffets on the beach were perfectly arranged and we enjoyed dinner and drinks with a live band and an amazing fire show. The breakfast buffet also had a great variety. Overall we had a very pleasant experience at Pullman Panwa Beach Resort. We were privileged to have the hotel manager, Daniel, as our point of contact during our stay. His kindness and attentiveness made a real difference in our experience. He was always ready to assist with any requests or concerns and did everything he could to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this resort not only for its luxurious facilities but also for its outstanding leadership and service from the manager. #phukethotel
