Penne Italian Homecook🇮🇹 An Italian homecook restaurant created by an experienced chef from Le Cordon Bleu who has also worked at a Michelin-starred restaurant. It's awesome!🌼 All the ingredients for the pizza dough, sauce, and soup are homemade. The truffle scallop pasta is very creamy and well-mixed with the noodles. The truffle aroma is wafting through and the scallops are soft.🍝 The pork chops are sous vide, smoked, and brined until the meat is tender.🍖 They go well with the stir-fried Brussels sprouts and pork sausage that the shop marinates in-house. It goes well together and cuts through the richness.🥬 Finally, they make their own tiramisu.
