Watermelon + Shrimp Floss?! 🤔🤔🤔

Check out WeCafe Salad & Coffee! This time, I went to the outlet in Chalong, Phuket. It's about a 20 minute drive from the tourist hotspots of Patong or Kata. The food, ambience, and price point certainly did not disappoint at all! It was a glorious experience. The cafe features their own herb garden, with a lot of sustainable farming methods. There are large indoor and outdoor spaces with lots of seating options. Upon entering, there is an excellent salad bar with plenty of options! Salmon, sunflower seeds, beef, you name it. I opted to try out dishes from the ala carte menu instead. Must-try? The Phuket Fried Rice with Salmon, and the Fresh Watermelon with Shrimp Floss. The fried rice was heavenly, with great seasoning, enough fluff and crisp, and delicious salmon puffs. Though skeptical at first, the combination of fresh watermelon and shrimp floss wowed me! It was refreshing, savory, and sweet at the same time. Coffee and booze lovers, don't worry. Their baristas and bartenders will take good care of you. Really loved this place. I'll definitely be back on my next trip there!
