Prague Tartar Restaurant, Smíchovské Forks and Knives

Smíchovské Vidličky a nože, the Czech restaurant that I was most satisfied with during my recent trip to Prague, sells a variety of Czech foods. Czech tartare is a dish made by spreading garlic on fried bread and then topping it with seasoned raw meat. I ordered it with beef goulash, and the tartare was so delicious that I ordered another one. The place I went to is a little far from the tourist area, but it’s not too far if you take the tram. The staff is friendly, the prices are cheap, and they have a variety of beers.
