It's easy to spot food/sauce on your face So as soon as I stopped taking off the mask, I immediately had buffet 🤣 The Farmhouse is one of the restaurants I've wanted to try for a long time~ Located on the 2nd floor of Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbor Hong Kong near North Point Plaza Dinner time is from 6pm to 10pm without distinction between upper and lower wheels can ride straight for 4 hours🤩 Once you enter you will see the whole decor is wood-based tones a kind of granary feeling The lighting placement makes the whole atmosphere very moody The restaurant also has an open garden with views of the Victoria Harbor🌄 The restaurant focuses on meat and seafood that are sustainable and focus on animal well-being and carefully selected fresh and quality agricultural products whether seafood / cooked food / dessert is very diverse There are also several open cooking areas to prepare food on the spot for guests ✨Weekend Dinner Buffet ($738/Adult; $418/Child & Senior) 🌊Seafood area Frozen seafood will have Boston lobster/Canadian mackerel field longleg crab/bread crab / mussels / snails / mussels, etc. are very fresh and delicious And big bites of meat, eat a few has already returned to the capital! The sashimi includes tuna/octopus/tuna/Argentine red shrimp and more There is also a grilled seafood location with grilled tiger prawn grilled scallops Every time I pass by it smells strong and queues fortunately every time the chef grills a lot without waiting for a long time 🔥Open cooking area It is cooked to order by the chef and includes Hong Kong style noodles/cheese truffle mushroom pasta/ Grilled Angus Broiler/Grilled Pork Tenderloin Rolls/Barbecue and more to choose from! I want to say the pasta is quite a surprise because the truffle flavor is prominent aromatic ~ 🍽️ Hot food area Very diverse dishes from the point less than delicacies from all over the world but also done very well Includes Chinese Steamed Fish Dim Sum / French Red Wine Stewed Beef / Western Meatballs / A variety of Indian curries/Spanish seafood salad/Grilled spring chicken in Argentinian green sauce and more 🍰Dessert/Fruit section The most unexpected thing is that the desserts and ice cream here are done excellently🥳 The ice cream counter has a variety of flavors to choose from.
