This restaurant was also featured on Wednesday Gourmet Club, and its main menu item is raw duck. The fresh raw duck meat grilled on charcoal is incomparable to the smoked duck I’ve had before. The breast, leg, butt, and belly meat are served, and if you grill them one by one, you’ll feel like you’re enjoying an omakase because of the unique texture.
