The King Taksin Shrine

Located on Soi Kudi Charoen Phat near MRT Issaraphap Station, walk a short distance into the alley and cross the bridge and you will see the stadium on the left. There is a clock tower in front. Opposite is a small wooden shrine dedicated to Taksin the Great. There is a large court inside. It is built of concrete in a modern Thai style and houses a life-size statue of King Taksin. On the side is the Five Heavenly Generals Temple. There is a statue of Thousand-Armed Guanyin in the temple. Walking out of the stadium, you will arrive at the pier in front of Wat Hongratanaram.
