Asian restaurant branch in branded outlet Roermond

#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck Wagama is a franchise restaurant with many branches throughout Europe. The concept of the restaurant is Asian food. Looking at the menu, it mainly focuses on Japanese food, interspersed with Korean and Thai food. The style of food here is not the original taste. I'm not sure if they intend to make it a fusion food to be the brand's unique taste or to adjust the taste to suit the tastes of Europeans. But in any case, it's a restaurant that you can rely on when you miss Asian food. This branch of Wagamama is located inside Designer Outlet Roermond, which is the largest brand outlet in this area. The shop is spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating in front of the shop. It looks very comfortable. For this meal, I ordered the following dishes to try: ➡️ Chicken Katsu Curry Japanese curry rice served with fried breaded chicken. The texture of the curry is thicker and viscous than usual. I guess they may have added cornstarch or cornstarch to make it thick like Western gravy sauce. The taste is a curry flavor with a slight peanut smell. It's quite good when eaten with chicken and the accompanying salad. ➡️ Pad Thai with Chicken and Shrimp It's a fusion Pad Thai with a slightly salty sauce, not sour, not sweet, and no tamarind smell. But it has quite a lot of Pad Thai ingredients, including tofu, dried shrimp, fresh shrimp, and chicken. What's strange is that it also has shallots and coriander. Although it's not exactly like real Pad Thai, it's similar enough to hypnotize us into thinking it's Pad Thai. We like this dish more than the first one. ➡️ Mochi Ice Cream It comes in 3 flavors: mango, green tea, and chocolate. The mochi dough that covers it is soft but not too chewy.
