Roi Et Hor Wot is an important landmark of Roi Et Province. You can go up and see the view from above. They will let you go up in rounds for a fee. But we didn't go up to see the view because we came in the evening and it was raining. So we took a walk around Bueng Phalan Chai and got a different view. Hor Wot here is very high.
