The silence I met on the cliff, Ronda

#July Travel Support Fund Ronda, a town we arrived at along the winding mountain roads of Andalusia. At first glance, the town was peaceful. It looked like a quiet, small Spanish countryside town, but the moment we took a step further, the breathtakingly steep cliffs and the huge stone bridge spanning between them, **Puente Nuevo**, appeared. This town really seemed like two worlds colliding. The past and the present, nature and humans, peace and passion coexisted exquisitely. When you look down while crossing the bridge, you can see a deep canyon over 100 meters deep, and **El Tajo** flowing beneath it, which is breathtakingly beautiful. The wind blows coolly, and instead of the sound of the camera shutter, only exclamations linger. When you cross the bridge and enter the eastern town, the peaceful alleyways continue again. White walls, iron balconies, rows of flower pots, and cats languidly basking in the sun. A quiet little square appears around the corner, and on top of the hill sits the **Plaza de Toros** of Ronda. Time passes slowly here, as it is one of the oldest bullrings in Spain. #SpainTravel #SpainTravelDestinations
