I arrived at Rovaniemi Airport at 8:15, and thought I would not be able to catch the 8:35 bus, but my luggage came out in seconds and I made it to the bus with plenty of time, and arrived at Santa Claus Village at 8:40 in the morning ☀️ Google Maps said it was open 24 hours, but everything, including the baggage drop-off, opened at 10, so I was in trouble 🙃 If you want to take photos with no one around, it's recommended to go first thing in the morning, but it's generally recommended to go after 10 o'clock lol There are two Meet Santa locations where you can meet Santa Claus, Santa Claus The one in the office had a 45 minute wait by 10:30, so it's probably best to go right after it opens 🏃🏻♀️ I went to both, but the original one is more authentic and I like it better 🎅🏻 Both are free to enter and take photos, but you have to pay to print/send the data 💰 €50 for a photo with a cosplay man was too much for me, so I just went for the experience 🤣 I got a stamp for passing through the Arctic Circle (paid), bought a postcard, and wrote myself a letter from the North Pole ✉️ There are also other facilities where you can ride dog sleds and reindeer sleds 🛷 . . . 📍Santa Claus Village 🗺️Rovaniemi (Finland) 🕑 - 💰 - #trip_aug #wintertrip #christmas
