Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Côte d’Azur 🇫🇷

#wheretogo One of my favourite towns in Côte d’Azur, France, is without a doubt Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. It is a very charming town where world famous Vincent van Gogh painted many canvases during his stay in an asylum there including “Starry Night”. The town has a walking tour through the countryside with panels showing a reproduction of the painting against the scenery that inspired Van Gogh’s paintings. The landscape is stunning. Well worth a visit, as seeing what inspired Vincent van Gogh is truly unforgettable! My rating: 4.5 ⭐️ out of 5!
