During your visit, be sure to check out one of Sanya's popular seafood restaurants such as Spring Garden Seafood Plaza, Cucina Italian Restaurant, and Chunyuan Seafood Square, all a short distance from Mangrove Tree Hotel. This hotel is build directly by the sea and is mostly clean. It has nice garden, lawn and pool areas, of which they take good care. The beach area is nice, clean and the beach is wide. The hotel isn’t cheap, but it has not a high standard. The breakfast is mostly Chinese. The Café is expensive, they don’t have all the dishes on the menu and they need a lot of time to prepare. This is a very expensive hotel but i wanted to splurge for christmas. The first experience was checkin, that took about 45 minutes to get checked in. Ok fine, don't want that to ruin our experience, so we also got the emerald club access. so we went to the 18th floor and it was closed so had to go to the 48th floor. There was a long line and decided to leave. The facilites and room was beautiful but service is something that needs to be improved. We got a deluxe suite and it was beautiful, although the free mini bar after 4 nights wasn't restocked once. The C show is pretty boring, dont waste your time on going to see it The only good memories i will take away from this trip is the restaurants (gordan ramsey Bread street and the Crab restaurant were very impressive and although a little pricey was well worth it. I only wish i could say the same thing about the Atlantis Hotel. worth the high price that they say is too experience a luxury experience. Finally we had a very late flight and asked for a late chjeck out and all they could do is offer half/day fee (2500rmb) to stay till 6pm.
