Seoul "Nishimura" - Tasty Korean desserts served on brass tableware

🇰🇷Seoul Nishimura "Nokkuruk Kajironi" Nokkuruk Kajironi ⁡ ⁡ Traditional Korean brass tableware, brassware (Yugi). ⁡ Based in Gyeongsangnam-do, the wife of Lee Yong-gu, the father of Gyeongnam Intangible Cultural Property No. 14, and his son Lee Kyeong-dong, the second generation, wanted more people to experience the brassware made by these two craftsmen, who are both craftsmen. ⁡ All menu items except coffee are served in brassware. ⁡ ⁡ The "Hongsin-dong" we were looking forward to was a dessert of frozen ripe persimmons topped with red bean sauce 🧡 ⁡ You can taste the deliciousness of ripe persimmons whether they are frozen hard, melted after a while, or as they melt. ⁡ ⁡ I also had grilled rice cakes with sesame sauce and ice cream. ⁡ There were many beautiful dishes lined up...😳✨ ⁡ It was a wonderful shop where you can enjoy traditional Korean desserts that make the most of simple ingredients. ⁡ ⁡ 🥄There was something written in Hangul on the back of the spoon, and when I asked the shop staff, they said it said "Gyeongnam Intangible Cultural Property No. 14 Gong Craftsman Lee Yong-gu, Recipient Lee Kyung-dong." ⁡ It also doubles as a brassware gallery, so it's a stylish, elegant, and grown-up atmosphere where you can chat.
