Seoul's ultra-traditional Gwangjang Market

I experienced a variety of traditional snacks at Gwangjang Market in Seoul and was deeply impressed. First of all, raw octopus is a very special challenge. What impressed me most were the twisted rolls and sugar cakes. The twisted rolls were crispy and not greasy, while the sweet filling of the sugar cakes exuded a rich aroma.
