Private Onsen Moments in the Forest Retreat: Banyan Tree Spa Experience in Seoul

Banyan Tree has always been my dream destination for a healing getaway. This time, I stayed at Banyan Tree Seoul, nestled beside Namsan Mountain, and what captivated me the most was the secluded private onsen hidden amidst the forest. Each room comes with its own private soaking pool, and I chose to enjoy mine at dusk. The dimming sky and swaying tree shadows created a scene reminiscent of an oriental painting. The soaking pool is crafted from stone, featuring a minimalist design that exudes a warm and refined texture. Infused with lavender and rose essential oils, the water fills the air with a delightful fragrance, cleansing not just the body but also the mind with every deep breath. I also scheduled a spa treatment to complement the onsen experience, indulging in an aromatic massage that brought relaxation to its peak. The tranquility and natural ambiance of Banyan Tree left a lasting impression, making every breath feel in harmony with the forest. It was one of the most serene and luxurious nights I’ve ever had in Seoul.
